Hillary Clinton calls in the information war
Saturday 5 March 2011, by Freeman at 20:15
On 2 March Hillary Clinton told a committee of Congress that the U.S. should be an information war against foreign media and they are going to lose this war.
" We are in an information war, and we lose this war. Al Jazeera wins, the Chinese have established a worldwide multi-language television network, the Russians have opened an English-language network. I have seen in some countries, and it is quite revealing. "
tried with this statement, Hillary Clinton, the committee to convince them that they need more financial resources for the U.S. media. Channels like Al Jazeera and Russia Today set according to Clinton is a real threat to America's crumbling media monopoly, and of course that is an unmitigated disaster for the opinion makers of the United States.
wars like in Iraq would never have been possible without the war propaganda of the stations such as Fox and several others, before the spread under the supervision of U.S. authorities fear terrorists and weapons of mass destruction.
But more and more broadcasters offer alternative views on the daily events, and to the dismay of the traditional monopoly holder. This one shows the station now known as enemies, that there are for Americans only one correct opinion: their own and all others are a threat to the (military) progress of America's national
These statements Hillary Clinton again show only too clearly , only their controlled media, good media and the U.S. government does not think much of freedom of expression.
